To mark the start of autumn, we would like to introduce a special creation: our drinking chocolates with a shot.

For four people
500 ml fresh whole milk
100 g drinking chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Ecuador 70 %' or drinking chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Venezuela 43 %'
Optional:
1dash of white chocolate liqueur
or 1 dash of caramel liqueur
Preparation:
Heat 500ml milk with a pinch of cinnamon if necessary (ideally 85 °C)
Pour hot milk over the Rausch drinking chocolate pearls and whisk until frothy.
Serve:
If desired, refine with a dollop of whipped cream and one of our aromatic liqueurs and serve with Rausch drinking chocolate pearls.
