With our surprise subscriptions, you receive a new selection of different products every two months. With your custom subscription, you will receive your individual selection at the delivery interval of your choice. The classic subscriptions provide you with the same products on a regular basis, also at the intervals you specify.

The content of our subscriptions varies depending on the type: with the chocolate subscription, you will receive products worth at least 41.90€ - the exact selection may vary from delivery to delivery. With the Variety subscription, you will receive items worth at least 52.90€. The praline subscription always includes a premium box with 40 delicious pralines. You can find the exact contents of the classic subscriptions on the product detail page. You can put together your individual subscription according to your personal preferences.

With an individual subscription, you can design your subscription entirely according to your wishes: Choose your favorites from a carefully curated selection of products, specify the delivery interval that suits you and also benefit from a price saving compared to individual purchases. With the other subscriptions, it is not possible to exchange products.

With the praline subscription, you sometimes receive exclusive pralines that are otherwise not available online. Our other surprise subscriptions also occasionally contain special products, for example from our Rausch patisserie, providing even more variety and enjoyment.

The surprise subscriptions are delivered directly to your home every 2 months. With all other subscriptions, you have full flexibility and can conveniently choose your preferred delivery interval.

You can change a more closely timed delivery interval at any time via our customer service - the conditions of the new plan will then apply. You can also flexibly adjust your delivery interval after your current plan has expired, also under the new conditions.

Yes, you can easily set this yourself in your customer account. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service to easily skip a delivery - for example, if you are on vacation.

You have the option of pausing your subscription once your plan has expired or the required minimum deliveries have been met. Please contact us to do this. Before pausing, you also have the option of skipping individual deliveries.

The first amount will be debited immediately after your order and we will prepare your first delivery at the same time. All subsequent amounts will be debited on the same day within the delivery interval you have selected.

Your first subscription delivery will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment and will then reach you within the usual dispatch times.

Our subscriptions are always delivered free of shipping costs. The only exceptions are individual subscriptions, where the shipping costs depend on the minimum order value for free delivery. In addition, we are currently unable to send subscriptions abroad free of charge.

After your plan expires, you enjoy full flexibility: you can cancel your subscription at any time to the next possible date. You can cancel your subscription conveniently via your customer area - or alternatively via our customer service.

When you take out your plan, you specify the minimum term and the minimum number of deliveries. The minimum term for our classic subscriptions is 6 months.

You can easily purchase your subscription as a gift for another person and have it delivered directly to them.
