CHOCOLATE ENJOYMENT IN SUMMER

Even in the summer months, the pleasure of fine chocolates and unique creations from Rausch can be fully savored. In order to guarantee the Rausch quality promise even in summer, logistics are switched to refrigerated shipping during the hot months.

The unique quality characteristics of Rausch chocolates - silky sheen, the characteristic Rausch crunch, smooth break, perfect melting and the finest fine cocoa flavours - are optimally preserved if the chocolate is always stored in a dark and cool place. For this reason , chilled shipping is available to order during the summer months. Depending on the type and size of the order, this chilled shipping service includes a chilled bag, cold packs and other insulating packaging to protect the chocolates from heat. Refrigerated shipping can be added to the shopping cart for a small surcharge, regardless of the shipping method selected.

By the way: the cooling bag and the cooling packs can be used for other purposes, for example for a picnic in the park.

Longer shipping times at high temperatures

To ensure that Rausch chocolates arrive in top quality, we suspend shipping as soon as the outside temperature exceeds 28 degrees . The temperature in Berlin serves as a reference value, as the parcel is sent directly from the Rausch headquarters in Berlin-Tempelhof. As soon as the temperatures allow it again, the order will be processed immediately.

Thank you for your understanding should the high temperatures result in a longer delivery time than usual.

In the case of express delivery , this regulation only applies from an outside temperature of over 30 degrees. Below 30 degrees, express delivery will be made as usual within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) after receipt of payment within Germany. If you order by 13:00, delivery will usually be made on the next working day.

Delivery to parcel stations or post offices is not possible. It should be ensured that the parcel can be accepted in person on delivery by the logistics partner.
