Terms of payment

You can pay for your order in the Rausch online store as follows:

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

In the Rausch online store you can pay easily and securely with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you would like to pay for your order with your credit card, simply select "Credit card" as the payment method during the ordering process. In the next step, please enter the following credit card details:

• Cardholder
• Credit card number
• expiry date
• Card verification number

The credit card verification number is the last three digits next to the signature field on the back of the card. Please note that, depending on the credit card company, you may be asked for a security query (3D Secure procedure) after completing your order and you will be asked to verify your identity using a TAN.

Maestro

You can pay with your Maestro debit card. To do this, select "Maestro" as the payment method during the ordering process. In the next step, please enter the following card details:

• Cardholder
• card number
• Period of validity
• Card verification number

Apple Pay / Google Pay

With Apple or Google Pay, you can pay in our online store using the means of payment stored in your Wallet (e.g. credit card). After selecting the payment method, you will be linked directly to your Wallet from our online store and can select the payment method and other modalities and edit them if necessary. Billing takes place via the stored payment method.

PayPal

With PayPal you pay during the order process via your PayPal account. A PayPal account is required for payment, which you can also open during the order process.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the paypal.de website to make the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Prepayment

You have the option of paying for your order in advance. Immediately after your order, we will send you an order confirmation containing the account details and the purpose of payment (reference). You have the option of paying within 10 days. If we do not receive payment by then, we will automatically cancel your order. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. An invoice will be issued immediately.

Purchase on account

You can shop at Rausch and pay for your purchase 30 days later by invoice. After placing your order, you will receive a payment request within the order confirmation as well as the account details to which you can transfer the outstanding amount within 30 days. Payments are to be made exclusively to the account specified there. If no payment is received within this period, we will hand over the claim to a debt collection company. Any resulting additional costs are to be borne by you.

A credit check will be carried out after the order has been completed. If this leads to a negative result, the payment method will be changed to payment in advance. In this case, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed. We will ship your order with this payment method after receipt of the outstanding invoice amount. The stated delivery time applies from receipt of payment.

In addition, we offer individual payment methods that are only available in selected countries.

• Bancontact (Belgium)
• EPS (Austria)
• iDeal (Netherlands)

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option that allows you to log in to our store with the email address of the Shopify account you use in other stores and directly access the payment, shipping and billing information stored there.

If you have selected Shop Pay, you will be redirected to the order verification page and may be asked to verify your purchase. You can deactivate Shop Pay at any time if you no longer wish to use the service. If you have any questions or concerns about using Shop Pay, you can visit the Shop Help Center.

For the Rausch subscription:

The Rausch subscription can only be paid by credit card or PayPal.
