Terms of payment

You can pay for your order in the Rausch online shop as follows:

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

In the Rausch online shop, you can pay easily and securely with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you would like to pay for your order by credit card, simply select “Credit card” as the payment method during checkout. In the next step, please enter the following credit card details:

• Cardholder
• Credit card number
• Expiry date
• Card verification number

The card verification number is the last three digits next to the signature strip on the back of the card. Please note that, depending on your credit card issuer, you may be asked to complete a security check (3D Secure) after placing your order and may be prompted to verify your identity using a TAN.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

With Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can pay in our online shop using the payment methods stored in your wallet (e.g. credit card). Once you have selected the payment method, our online shop will link you directly to your wallet, where you can choose the payment method and other details and amend them if needed. Billing takes place via the stored payment method.

PayPal

With PayPal, you pay during the ordering process via your PayPal account. A PayPal account is required for payment, which you can also open during checkout.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected automatically to paypal.de to complete the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited when your order is completed.

Prepayment

You have the option to pay for your order by prepayment. Immediately after placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation containing the bank details and payment reference. You then have 10 days to make payment. If we do not receive payment by then, we will automatically cancel your order. The goods will be dispatched immediately after payment has been received. You will receive an invoice immediately after your order has been dispatched.

Invoice purchase

You can shop at Rausch and pay for your purchase by invoice 30 days later. After you place your order, you will receive a payment request within the order confirmation, as well as the bank details to which you can transfer the outstanding amount within 30 days. Payments are to be made exclusively to the account specified there. If no payment is received within this period, we will hand over the claim to a debt collection agency. Any resulting additional costs are to be borne by you.

A credit check will be carried out after the order has been placed. If this produces a negative result, the payment method will be changed to prepayment. In that case, you will receive an email with information on how to proceed. With this payment method, we will dispatch your order once the outstanding invoice amount has been received. The stated delivery time applies from receipt of payment.

SEPA direct debit

Payment by SEPA direct debit (bank debit) is available to you once you have activated this payment method in your customer account. To do so, simply add your bank details and grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. Once set up successfully, SEPA direct debit will appear as a payment option at checkout. The invoice amount will then be conveniently debited from the account you have specified.
