Terms of payment

You can pay for your order in the Rausch online store as follows:

Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

In the Rausch online store you can pay easily and securely with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you would like to pay for your order with your credit card, simply select "Credit card" as the payment method during the ordering process. In the next step, please enter the following credit card details:

• Cardholder
• Credit card number
• expiry date
• Card verification number

The credit card verification number is the last three digits next to the signature field on the back of the card. Please note that, depending on the credit card company, you may be asked for a security query (3D Secure procedure) after completing your order and you will be asked to verify your identity using a TAN.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

With Apple or Google Pay, you can pay in our online store using the means of payment stored in your wallet (e.g. credit card). After selecting the payment method, you will be linked directly to your wallet from our online store and can select the payment method and other modalities and edit them if necessary. Billing takes place via the stored payment method.PayPal

With PayPal you pay during the order process via your PayPal account. A PayPal account is required for payment, which you can also open during the order process.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the paypal.de website to make the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Prepayment

You have the option of paying for your order in advance. Immediately after your order, we will send you an order confirmation containing the account details and the intended use (reference). You have the option of paying within 10 days. If we do not receive payment by then, we will automatically cancel your order. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive an invoice immediately after your order has been dispatched.

Invoice purchase

You can shop at Rausch and pay for your purchase 30 days later by invoice. You will receive a payment request after your order within the order confirmation as well as the account details to which you can transfer the outstanding amount within 30 days. Payments are to be made exclusively to the account specified there. If no payment is received within this period, we will hand over the claim to a debt collection company. Any resulting additional costs are to be borne by you.

A credit check will be carried out after the order has been completed. If this leads to a negative result, the payment method will be changed to payment in advance. In this case, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed. We will ship your order with this payment method after receipt of the outstanding invoice amount. The stated delivery time applies from receipt of payment.

SEPA direct debit

The SEPA Direct Debit payment method is available once you have activated it in your customer account. To do so, simply enter your bank details and grant us a SEPA Direct Debit mandate. After successful setup, SEPA Direct Debit will be available as a payment option at checkout. The invoice amount will then be conveniently debited from your specified account.

Local payment providers

In addition, we offer individual payment methods that are only available in selected countries.

• iDeal (Netherlands)

For the Rausch subscription:

The Rausch subscription can only be paid by credit card or PayPal.
