The Variety subscription is a surprise subscription with regularly changing premium chocolates. You will receive a new selection from the Rausch range with every delivery.
The subscription contains a colorful selection of chocolates, pralines and new creations. The exact selection varies per delivery and is put together individually by us.
Are the contents different for each delivery?
Yes, with the Variety subscription you regularly receive new combinations so that you can discover different chocolates and new favorites.
How often is the subscription delivered?
Every two months, your subscription is conveniently delivered directly to your home, office or as a gift to a connoisseur of good chocolate.
Can I pause or cancel the subscription?
You can pause your subscription at any time in your customer account or skip a delivery. Alternatively, our customer service will be happy to do this for you on request.
The subscription can be canceled as soon as the minimum number of deliveries selected when the contract was concluded has been reached.
Can I choose the content of the subscription myself?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select the items included yourself. Instead, we regularly curate a special selection for you according to the highest standards of quality and enjoyment.
How flexible is the subscription in the event of allergies or preferences?
Unfortunately, we cannot take into account any individual particularities or dietary habits. You can find the relevant declaration information for the current subscription on the product detail page under "Ingredients and nutritional values".
How is the subscription delivered and how much does shipping cost?
The subscription is triggered directly after your first order and receipt of payment and then sent out immediately. The next delivery will be made two months later, on approximately the same date.
Shipping is permanently free with the subscription.
Can I give the subscription as a gift?
The Variety subscription makes an excellent gift. Simply select the recipient's address when ordering and we will deliver regularly to the address given. This address can be changed if required. To change the delivery address, please contact our customer service.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot send individual items to different addresses.
