RAUSCH WINS SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD

RAUSCH GEWINNT SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD

The ultimate indulgence! The taste and texture of the new dark fine flavor cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige' from Rausch impressed the jury at this year's Superior Taste Awards in Brussels. With an overall rating of 85.5%, the new variety was awarded the grade "remarkable". Rausch launched the new chocolate in November last year. At 84%, it has the highest proportion of fine flavor cocoa that Rausch has ever processed and is the top product in the 'Rausch Plantagen' range. From a large number of fine flavor cocoas, it combines the 9 best from Rausch's own plantation in Costa Rica, which the Berlin-based family business has owned since 2014. The best varieties in the world are cultivated there, innovative cultivation and post-harvest methods are researched and the intensive exchange and transfer of knowledge with partners is further expanded: www.rausch.de/costarica84
