Ich esse gerne Schokolade mit einem hohen Kakaogehalt. Bei anderen Sorten empfinde ich einen Kakaogehalt von 85% und mehr als bitter. Das ist bei dieser Sorte nicht so.
Hervorragende Qualität. Überraschend mild, kaum Säure. Schmeckt auch Menschen, die sonst keine hochprozentige Schokolade mögen.
Schmeckt gut, aber leider doch etwas zu hart in der Konsistenz
Das liegt lange im Mund.
Ist die bisher beste "hochprozentige", die ich kenne.
