• Grenada 39%: A light- single-origin chocolate e with a delicate hint of caramel and a full-bodied character.
• Venezuela 43%: Light- single-origin chocolate , with a pronounced whole-milk character and rare Ocumare single-origin cocoa.
• Madagascar 55%: Full-bodied and creamy, with berry notes and hints of malt.
• Peru 60%: Dark single-origin chocolate with Ucayali single-origin cocoa from the headwaters of the Amazon.
• Ecuador 70%: Dark single-origin chocolate made from Arriba-Nacional single-origin cocoa beans, with balanced acidity and fruity notes.
• Costa Rica 75%: Slightly nutty and fruity with berry notes and hints of spice.
• Trinidad 80%: Rich in cocoa, with nutty and fruity notes and malty undertones, made from Trinitario No. 1 single-origin cocoa.
• Costa Rica Cuvée Prestige 84%: Intense cocoa notes, crafted from nine select premium cocoa beans grown on our own farm.
