"Crème Brûlée": Delicately melting cream truffle refined with vanilla, caramel and a dash of Rémy Martin. It is encased in a white chocolate coating and topped with a brittle flake.
"Rose canache": creamy chocolate canache rounded off with rose oil, embedded in white couverture and garnished with dried rose petals.
"Latte Macchiato": Aromatic coffee truffle on a fine cream truffle and white couverture, with a crown of airy couverture foam.
"Strawberry cream": Fruity cream truffle with a delicious strawberry and yoghurt variation and fine white chocolate. The truffle is temptingly sprinkled with strawberry granules.
"Schwarzwälder Kirsch": cherry canache with a white and a fine tart cream truffle and a white chocolate coating, garnished with a red jelly cherry and chocolate shavings.
"Nougat dark-sweet": A fine composition of aromatic nut bittersweet nougat and a dark-sweet chocolate coating, sprinkled with roasted nuts.
"Almond cream": Canache with aromatic Mediterranean almonds and nutty amaretto, garnished with a delicately flamed marzipan rosette.
"Chocolat Praliné": Noble-tart canache made from cream and exquisite dark chocolate coating, rounded off with a shot of Moskovskaya vodka and garnished with broken cocoa beans.
