Seit Jahren bekomme ich die Peru 60% von Rausch geliefert. Es gibt für mich keine bessere Schokolade.
Wenn die Schokolade dünner wäre , würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben, denn sie schmeckt verdammt gut.
Diese Schokolade ist sehr intensiv im Geschmack, ohne dass sie zu herb oder gar bitter wäre. Auch als Kouverture für feines Gebäck geeignet.
nicht zu süß und nicht so bitter, einfach super, nicht kauen, nur lutschen, herrlich
