Eight small works of art, lovingly composed, combine a creative variety of flavors with masterful craftsmanship. Handmade sophistication meets shimmering elegance

  • Toffee nougat: A soft nougat ganache with fine toffee and a whole hazelnut in the center is hidden under dark Peru 60% cocoa chocolate - a classic that combines creamy richness and deep chocolate flavor.
  • Red fruit jelly: Fruity jelly made from sour cherries and wild berries meets a mild vanilla ganache, both surrounded by dark Peru 60% fine flavor cocoa chocolate - refreshing, finely balanced and with a hint of Nordic dessert tradition.
  • Dubai Style: crispy roasted angel hair melts into an intense pistachio cream, covered in fine cocoa chocolate Venezuela 43% - a praline with oriental flair: exotic, nutty and stylish.
  • Apple caramel and cinnamon blossom: Sweet and fruity apple caramel and a ganache with the floral character of cinnamon blossom lie under a coating of fine cocoa chocolate Venezuela 43% - a harmonious liaison of fruit, spice and gentle sweetness.
  • Espresso Martini: Here, Rausch cocoa liqueur and mocha meet in a creamy ganache on a layer of crispy Paillette Feuilletine (caramelized wafer break), surrounded by white chocolate - like a small espresso shot from the patisserie.
  • Raspberry pistachio: Fruity raspberry jelly and a spicy, crunchy pistachio crunch are in the Venezuela 43% fine cocoa chocolate - a composition full of character that impressively combines freshness and nuttiness.
  • Almond Tonka: This patisserie praline combines an aromatic tonka bean ganache with the Italian liqueur Galliano and a nutty rice crispy layer, covered in Venezuela 43% fine cocoa chocolate - creamy, slightly crunchy and elegantly refined with liqueur.
