Reines Schokoladenaroma ohne eigentlich bitter zu sein. Gerade einmal soviel Zucker, daß dieses Aroma auch wirklich wahrgenommen werden kann (Geschmacksverstärker). Ich hatte auch schon mal eine 100%-Schokolade (nicht Rausch) gegessen. Das ist reine Verschwendung, weil der Aromeneindruck nicht wirklich bis ins Gehirn vordringt. Es braucht eben auch einen Geschmackseindruck von der Zunge, um die Wahrnehmungsbahnen freizuschalten. Für mich ist "Kolumbien" das non plus ultra. Und ab und zu ein Stück "Madagaskar"
