Gerhard Rausch created the delicate bars with the aim of making flavors as intense and direct as possible. The dimensions of 4 x 4 centimetres and a thickness of just 1.2 millimetres are perfectly coordinated so that the delicate bars melt directly on the tongue and reveal their full depth of flavour.
The first strawberry-flavored variant seduces with its mild sweetness, reminiscent of a sunny summer's day. This contrasts with the raspberry variety, which delights with its lively, slightly sour note.
