Gerhard Rausch spent a long time searching for the perfect shape and contour that would allow the flavors to unfold as directly as possible. This resulted in the exact and now legendary dimensions: 4 x 4 centimetres in size and wafer-thin at 1.2 millimetres
The 'Rausch Plantagen Grenada 39 %' light fine flavor cocoa chocolate indulges with a delicate, caramel-like note and a particularly full-bodied character that enhances every moment. It is complemented by the light fine flavor cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Venezuela 43 %', which delights with its typical milk character and the very rare Ocumare fine flavor cocoa.
