Recipe for 2 large glasses
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

500 ml almond milk
20 g drinking chocolate powder
40 g cane sugar
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
2espressos
Vegan whipped cream to garnish

Preparation:

  1. Heat the almond milk with the drinking chocolate powder, sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan.
  2. Make two espressos.
  3. Divide the drinking chocolate between two glasses, add an espresso to each and garnish with whipped cream as desired.

Tip:

It is best to sprinkle some drinking chocolate powder on the cream at the very end.
