Schokolade mit 80 % Kakao entspricht meinem Geschmack. Diese Schokolade esse ich und meine Familie seit vielen Jahrzehnten. Seit etwa Sommer des letzten Jahres schmeckt jedoch Trinidad 80 im Nachgang irgendwie anders. Für meinen Geschmack etwas unangenehmer.
