The 'Rausch Plantagen Trinidad 80 %' Minis combine intense cocoa indulgence in a practical small format - perfect for on the go or short breaks. This dark chocolate impresses with a strong, malty cocoa note that is harmoniously accompanied by nutty, fruity aromas. A fine, delicate sweetness in the finish gently rounds off the taste experience.
The fine cocoa from Trinidad gives the mini version its full-bodied character, which is also reflected in the deep, rich color. Only on the forested Montserrat plateau, a small part of Trinidad, do we find the perfect conditions for Trinitario No. 1 fine flavor cocoa. Despite a high cocoa content of 80%, the chocolate is pleasantly balanced. Slightly bitter notes combine with refreshingly fruity accents to create a complex interplay of flavors that makes every bite a special treat.
Made from sustainably grown cocoa beans and carefully processed according to traditional recipes, the chocolate relies exclusively on cocoa and cane sugar - that's all it needs. Its melt-in-the-mouth texture ensures that the flavors unfold layer by layer on the tongue.
