Who doesn't love them? Crispy chocolate flakes? The great thing about them - they are very quick and easy to prepare, but at the same time can be made in endless variations. That's why we love them. Have fun making and enjoying them.
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
250 g light fine cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Schokolade Grenada 39 % honey-almond'
250 g dark fine cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Schokolade Peru 60 % pistachio brittle'
200 g cornflakes
Plus white chocolate (exclusive to us at Schokoladenhaus) and chopped pistachios for decoration
Preparation:
- Melt one type of fine cocoa chocolate at a time in a saucepan over a bain-marie.
- Add 100 grams of cornflakes to each type and mix well.
- Using two teaspoons or tablespoons, place small mountains on the baking paper and leave to cool.
- Melt the white chocolate over a bain-marie, decorate as desired and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Tips:
The crunchy chocolate flakes can be prepared to taste. Whether light or dark fine cocoa chocolate, pure or refined.
