So that nothing goes wrong on Sunday, here's a quick and easy recipe from our Steffi from the patisserie: chocolate pancakes or, as she would say in Dutch, "pannakoeken" with fine cocoa chocolate, bananas and, of course, whipped cream! For the perfect start to a cozy Sunday.
Recipe for 6 pieces
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients Pancakes:
600 ml milk
50 g 'Edelkakao-Pulver'
1tsp cinnamon
40 g sugar
1pinch salt
260 g flour
3 eggs
Ingredients chocolate sauce:
125 ml milk
100 g 'Rausch Plantagen Ecuador 70 %'
butter g flour
Ingredients for topping:
Drinking chocolate pearls 'Rausch Plantagen Ecuador 70 %'
Bananas
Whipped cream
Preparation of pancakes:
- Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon until frothy.
- Then gradually sift in the flour mixture and add the milk. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
- Leave the pancake batter to rest for about 20 minutes.
- Then fry the pancakes in a greased pan over a medium heat.
Preparation of the topping:
- Bring the milk to the boil and pour over the chocolate.
- Add a little butter and stir.
- Add the chocolate sauce, bananas and drinking chocolate pearls.
