Chocolate cookies with colorful sprinkles

Many people look forward to it all year round: the carnival season, also known as Mardi Gras, begins on February 27 with Maundy Thursday. Of course, we have a suitable recipe for you for these festive days!

Ingredients:

100g white sugar
100g cane sugar
300g flour
250g soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
packet of vanilla sugar
a little salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan oven)

  2. Place the sugar, flour, egg and butter in a bowl.

  3. Add the vanilla sugar and bicarbonate of soda.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together to form an even batter.

  5. Form small balls from the dough and press a Rausch Mini into each ball. Then roll the dough balls in colorful sprinkles.

  6. Spread the balls on the baking tray. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.

  7. Leave to cool and enjoy.
