Ingredients:
125g dates
100g peanut butter
70g 'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige' bar
Fine flavor cocoa nibs to taste
Recipe:

Arrange dates close together and press down evenly with a glass.

Gently heat the peanut butter until it becomes liquid and spread evenly over the dates.

Melt the'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige' and carefully spread over the peanut butter layer.

Refine with fine cocoa nibs and a pinch of salt to give the whole thing an intense flavor.
