Date chocolate bites with peanut butter

Dattel-Schokoladen Bites mit Erdnussbutter

A fruity, creamy snack for between meals with the perfect crunch of our fine flavor cocoa chocolate.

Ingredients:
125g dates
100g peanut butter
70g 'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige' bar
Fine flavor cocoa nibs to taste

Recipe:

  1. Arrange dates close together and press down evenly with a glass.

  2. Gently heat the peanut butter until it becomes liquid and spread evenly over the dates.

  3. Melt the'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige' and carefully spread over the peanut butter layer.

  4. Refine with fine cocoa nibs and a pinch of salt to give the whole thing an intense flavor.

  5. Leave everything to set in the fridge and then cut into small, manageable bars.
