This chocolate mousse sweetens Valentine's Day and any other day when you want to enjoy something together. Easy to prepare and extremely tasty!
Ingredients:
50 g powdered sugar
2 bars of Rausch Plantagen Venezuela 43% (250 g)
100 g cream
4 egg yolks
Egg whites from 4 eggs
Fine flavor cocoa nibs
Preparation:
1. powdered sugar, the Rausch Plantagen Venezuela 43 % and cream in a saucepan over a medium heat until the chocolate has completely melted.
2. add the egg yolks to the chocolate mixture until everything is evenly mixed.
3 In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture.
4. chill the finished mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
5. decorate with our fine flavor cocoa nibs before serving and enjoy!
