The 'Truffle' praline mix does not contain truffle mushrooms, as you might expect. The 'truffles', also known as 'chocolate truffles', owe their name to their external resemblance to the precious mushrooms, as the truffles are pricked on a grid with a praline fork.
The 'truffles' benefit from our history of over a hundred years in the creation of classic pralines. Made from the finest butter and cream truffle cream, the truffles promise unique moments of indulgence and meet the high expectations of every truffle lover. The fine truffle mixture is therefore the perfect choice for any occasion.
The experience begins with our elegant packaging made from natural paper with a circular pattern - because we believe that enjoyment should begin as soon as you unpack the box. Pralines are considered the pinnacle of the art of chocolate - each praline contains careful approaches, bold advances, genuine craftsmanship, original artistry and great attention to detail.

'Apricot truffle': canache with apricot brandy, covered in milk chocolate, alcoholic.
'Dark chocolate cream truffle': Dark canache refined with dark chocolate, embedded in dark chocolate, non-alcoholic.
'Light Jamaica rum truffle': Light canache with original Jamaica rum and rum grapes in chocolate, alcoholic.
'Caramel cream truffle': light cream and butter canache with caramel rolled in white chocolate, non-alcoholic.
'Pomegranate truffle': Canache with pomegranate, refined with pomegranate liqueur in dark chocolate, alcoholic.
'Crème Brûlée Truffle': Canache with caramel and canache with egg liqueur, vanilla and brandy, embedded in dark chocolate, coated with white chocolate and decorated with granulated sugar, alcoholic.
