Die dunkle Schokolade mit einem hohen Kakaoanteil von über 80 %ist ein wahrer Genuss für liebhaber intensiver Kakaonoten . Der geschmack ist kräftig und leicht bitter, genau wie man es von einer hochwertigen schokolade dieser Art erwartet .Trotz des hohen Kakaoanteils bleibt die Textur überaschend cremig und zart schmelzend .was das Geschmackserlebnis noch angenehmer macht. besonders beeindruckend ist ,dass die Schokolade kaum süss ist ,wobei der reine Kakaogeschmack im Vordergrund steht . Der Nachgeschmack ist langanhaltend und bietet leichte Röstnoten ,die sich perfekt entfalten . Wer dunkle hochprozentige Schokolade mag , wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen.
