Dessert is always a good idea, isn't it? Especially a summery and wonderfully refreshing lemon curd. Sometimes it gets pretty warm in the chocolate house manufactory in summer, and this fresh lemon curd is just the thing for our patissier Lisa.
Recipe for 4 glasses
Preparation time: 20 minutes
60 g powdered sugar
300 g 'crumble cookies'
8pieces of 'wafer-thin fruit bars' (4 each of orange and lemon)
Plus a few mint leaves and the juice of 1 lemon

Mix the quark with the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Roughly chop all the cookies, except four for the decoration, in a food processor or freezer bag.
- Layer the quark cream and the cookie crumbs alternately in the glasses (first the cookie crumbs and then the quark cream).
- Then decorate with the remaining cookies, the small bars and the mint.
