Orange drinking chocolate

Trinkschokolade Orange

Make yourself comfortable with our orange drinking chocolate treat.

Recipe for: 4 cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus infusion time

Ingredients:

500 ml fresh whole milk
100 g drinking chocolate pearls 'Rausch Trinkschokolade Ecuador 70 %'
1stick of cinnamon
1/4 organic orange (untreated)

Preparation:

  1. Bring the whole milk to the boil briefly with the cinnamon and the zest of the orange and
    leave to infuse for about an hour.
  2. Pour the milk through a sieve and bring to the boil again briefly.
  3. Pour the hot milk over the Rausch drinking chocolate pearls and whisk until frothy.
  4. If required, refine with a dollop of freshly whipped cream and serve with Rausch
    drinking chocolate pearls.

Tip:

Depending on taste, the light drinking chocolate 'Rausch Drinking Chocolate Venezuela 43 %' or the
dark 'Rausch Drinking Chocolate Ecuador 70 %' can be used.
