Muesli with yogurt, nuts and cocoa nibs

Müsli mit Joghurt, Nüssen und Kakaonibs

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for us so that we can start the day off right. Our energy kick for a fresh and healthy start to the day - homemade muesli with yogurt, nuts and cocoa nibs. Muesli with yoghurt is such a delicious breakfast because it can be customized according to taste and season.

Recipe for a bowl of muesli

Ingredients:

500 g yoghurt 3.5 %, unsweetened
100 g rolled oats, seeded
2tsp sunflower seeds
2tsp hazelnuts, chopped
2tsp almonds, chopped
2tsp walnuts, chopped
2tsp fine flavor cocoa nibs
Also: seasonal fruit, e.g. blackberries, grapes, blueberries, raspberries

Preparation:

  1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and stir again until creamy.
  2. Arrange all the other dry and fresh ingredients on top of the yoghurt.

Tips:

Depending on taste, the ingredients can also be stirred directly into the yoghurt.

The dry ingredients can also be roasted a little in the oven.

Yoghurt, quark, milk or vegan alternatives can be used as a base.

The muesli can be prepared fresh or left to soak in the fridge overnight.
