Vegan chocolate and banana milkshake

Veganer Schokoladen-Bananen-Milchshake

Our vegan energy bomb: vegan chocolate banana milkshake with dark cocoa chocolate. Perfect chilled for hot summer days.

Recipe for approx. 750 ml chocolate banana milkshake

500 ml soy milk
50 g dark cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Peru 60 %'
2 bananas
In addition, approx. 100 ml vegan cream and some dark cocoa chocolate for marbling and decorating.

Preparation:

Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces.

Then place in a mug and puree with the soy milk.

Melt the fine cocoa chocolate in a bain-marie and add.

Finally, blend everything well again with a hand blender.

Whip the vegan cream until stiff.

In a large milkshake cup, layer the cream and milkshake with a little melted fine cocoa chocolate. Finish by marbling with a fork.

Tip:

The milkshake can be mixed with soy milk and vegan cream or alternatively with regular milk and cream.

Add ice cubes and enjoy ice cold.
