Schokoladen-Popcorn

How about a movie night together and crunchy chocolate popcorn with dark cocoa chocolate for Friendship Day?

Recipe for 2 portions
Preparation time: 90 minutes

Ingredients:
50 g popcorn corn kernels
20 ml rapeseed oil rapeseed oil
20 ml milk
50 g 'Rausch Plantagen Peru 60 %'
20 ml glucose syrup
50 g sugar
Preparation:
  1. Slowly heat the popcorn corn together with the oil in a large pan with a lid.

  2. Pop the corn, shaking it occasionally, then spread it out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to cool.
  3. Bring the milk, glucose syrup and sugar to the boil, dissolve the chocolate in it and pour over the popcorn.
  4. Mix carefully so that all the popcorn is coated.
  5. Then bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes.
