Frozen Cacao Cream

An ice-cold treat straight from the dessert kitchen: our Frozen Cacao Cream combines vanilla ice cream with fine cacao liqueur, which surprises with notes of tonka bean and maki blossom.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl cacao liqueur

  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

  • 1 tbsp cream

  • A little finely grated dark fine flavor cocoa chocolate

Preparation:

1. Blend the cacao liqueur, vanilla ice cream and cream until smooth.

2. Pour into a pre-chilled glass.

3. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

4. Enjoy ice cold.

Tip:
For an extra indulgent twist, use a scoop of chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream.
