Oat and almond granola

Hafer-Mandel-Granola

Our crunchy oat and almond granola with fine flavor cocoa nibs is easy to prepare in 10 minutes, sugar-free and vegan. This delicious and healthy breakfast recipe is perfect for the start of the year, when you want to eat a little healthier after the festive season.

List of ingredients:

300 g oats
100 g sliced almonds
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
A little vanilla extract
100 g melted coconut oil
125 g maple syrup
Fine flavor cocoa nibs of your choice

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven: 160 °C) and line a baking tray with baking paper

2. Mix the rolled oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and cacao nibs in a bowl.

3. Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup in a pan, add to the rolled oats mixture and mix well.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes, then turn and bake for a further 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

5. Allow to cool completely and transfer to an airtight container.
