A summery refreshment with depth of flavour: our Juicy Cacao drink with raspberries combines fruity lightness with the exotic character of the cacao fruit. At its heart is Juicy Cacao – a unique fruit juice made from the natural pulp of the cacao fruit, surprising the palate with notes of pineapple, lychee, and lime.
Blended with sweet raspberries, sparkling freshness, and crushed ice, this invigorating summer drink is completely free from added sugar.
Ingredients:

80 ml Juicy Cacao

100 ml sparkling water

1 handful of raspberries (preferably fresh)

1 handful of crushed ice

Optional: 2 cl gin, vodka, cacao or Amarena cherry liqueur
Preparation:
1. Lightly mash the raspberries in a glass.
2. Add crushed ice.
3. Pour over the Juicy Cacao.
4. Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
5. Add a splash of alcohol if desired.
6. Serve ice cold.
Tip:
A few whole raspberries and a sprig of mint make this drink a real eye-catcher.
