In our case, it was a colleague's birthday cake and if it were up to us, we could celebrate birthdays every day. Or what was it like in Alice in Wonderland? We are celebrating a non-birthday today. Of course, this includes a hearty chocolate tart with dark fine cocoa chocolate. Happy birthday or non-birthday and have fun baking and enjoying it.
Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes, including baking time
Baking utensils: 28 cm springform pan or tart tin
Ingredients:
200 g dark fine flavor cocoa chocolate 'Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 75 %'
200 g butter
150 g sugar
4 eggs
80 g flour
1organic lemon , zest
1 pinch of vanilla
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat and grease the springform pan.
- Melt the dark cocoa chocolate in a bain-marie and add the butter.
- At the same time, mix the sugar with the eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and flour in a bowl.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well to form a dough.
- Pour the chocolate batter into the springform pan and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
