Ginger shot with ginger sticks

No brunch is complete without a refreshing and healthy start to the day. Our ginger shot with a refreshing hint of lemon and the spiciness of fresh ginger gets the metabolism going and is also a little immune booster. The Rausch ginger sticks add that little something extra and make this shot a real eye-catcher on any brunch buffet.


Ingredients for the ginger shot:

- 50 g fresh ginger

- 2 lemons

- 1 tbsp honey

- 250 ml water

- Rausch ginger sticks (for garnish)

Preparation:

1. peel and roughly chop the fresh ginger.

2. puree the ginger with 250 ml water in a blender or alternatively press through a juicer.

3. add the lemon juice and stir in the honey.

4 Pour the mixture through a sieve to remove the fibers.

5. serve the ginger shot in small glasses and garnish with a ginger stick.
