STRAWBERRY LAYER DESSERT WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE FROM RAUSCH

ERDBEERSCHICHT NACHTISCH MIT WEISSER SCHOKOLADE VON RAUSCH

Recipe for an irresistible strawberry layer dessert with white chocolate from Rausch - making every day a pleasure!

Ingredients:

1. Oat cookie base:
- approx. 200 g oat cookies
- Either bake yourself or crumble up ready-made cookies.

2. White chocolate mousse:
- 200 g high-quality white Rausch chocolate block
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 ml whipped cream

3. Sugared strawberries:
- approx. 300 g strawberries
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice
- wash the strawberries, cut into slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- The last layer is the sugared strawberries on top of the white chocolate mousse.

4. Decoration:
- Our chocolate heart from Rausch is the perfect finishing touch.

Instructions:

1. Crumble the oat cookies and spread them as the first layer at the bottom of the dessert glasses.

2. 1. Roughly chop the white chocolate and melt over a bain-marie, making sure that no water gets into the chocolate.

2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and creamy.

2. 3. Add the melted white chocolate to the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

2. 4. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture until a uniform mousse is formed.

2. 5. Place the white chocolate mousse with Rausch chocolate block in the fridge and leave to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Tips:
- Make sure that all utensils are dry to prevent the chocolate from curdling.
- The whipped cream should be well chilled to stiffen more quickly.

2. 6. Pour the white chocolate mousse over the oat cookie crumbs as a second layer.

3. Prepare the strawberries and place them on top of the white chocolate mousse as the final layer.

4. To finish off each dessert, decorate with our chocolate heart from Rausch .
