Chocolate avocado cream

Schokoladen-Avocado-Creme

Chocolate meets avocado and becomes a cozy feel-good dessert.
Our fine drinking chocolates show that they not only provide an intense taste in the cup, but also as a creamy dessert ingredient.
This cream is quick to make and impresses with its wonderfully creamy texture and natural sweetness. Definitely give it a try!

Recipe for 2 portions

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
1small ripe banana
25 g bag of drinking chocolate of your choice
2tbsp chopped hazelnuts
optional maple syrup

Preparation:

Lightly toast the chopped hazelnuts in a pan and then set aside.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and place the flesh in bite-sized pieces in a blender jug.
Peel the banana, dice the flesh and add to the blender jug.
Add 1 sachet of drinking chocolate powder.
Puree everything well with a hand blender so that there are no chunks left.
Pour the cream onto a plate and garnish with roasted hazelnuts.

Tip:

If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a little maple syrup to the cream.
