AROMATIC JUICY CACAO PUNCH WITH OR WITHOUT ALCOHOL

AROMATISCHER JUICY CACAO PUNSCH MIT ODER OHNE ALKOHOL

Immerse yourself in the tempting world of Christmas with our Juicy Cacao Punch, which becomes a true taste experience with the addition of apple juice, cocoa liqueuror other delicious ingredients. This delicious recipe combines the flavors of our unique Rausch cocoa fruit juice drink and a sophisticated blend of spices to transport you to a winter dream. Whether for the little gourmets or the grown-ups, the mulled punch is the perfect companion for cozy evenings or special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 500 ml Juicy Cacao
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (to taste)
  • Juice of one organic lemon or orange (optional)
  • Fruit of your choice (e.g. orange slices, apple pieces)
  • Optional with shot: Rausch cocoa liqueur, approx. 4 cl (to taste)

Preparation:

  • Heat the naturally cloudy apple juice and Juicy Cacao in a saucepan, making sure the mixture does not come to the boil.
  • Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise. Optionally, the juice of an organic lemon or orange can be used for a fruity note.
  • Leave the punch to infuse over a low heat for around 15-20 minutes to allow the spices to release their aromas. Stir occasionally to help the flavors develop.
  • Sweeten with brown sugar to taste and stir thoroughly.
  • Optionally, remove the cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise before serving and pour the punch into cups or mugs.
  • For an extra grown-up touch, add a dash of Rausch cocoa liqueur if desired. The amount can be varied according to preference.
  • Finally, garnish the Juicy Cacao Punch with fresh fruit pieces such as orange slices or apple pieces. Serve it warm and enjoy this tasty masterpiece - with or without a shot, just as you like it. Cheers!
